Fredericksburg Custom Homes Ltd.

(VA license # 2705 027687A) is owned and managed by Christopher M. Kohlhaas. Chris grew up in the Washington D.C. area and graduated from LSU with a degree in construction management in 1986.

Chris started Fredericksburg Custom Homes in 1994 with a vision of providing personal service to his customers from design to construction. Chris is actively involved with onsite supervision ensuring the quality he demands is implemented into each job. Chris promotes a team endeavor with the owner, contractors and himself from the design phase through the construction process. Fredericksburg Custom Homes is a member of Fredericksburg Area Builders Association.

Fredericksburg Custom Homes builds custom homes in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Lake Anna, King George, Loudoun, Haymarket and Prince William County.
